  • @InnocentFormalities The exercise equipment is for adults actually. That has nothing to do with being ghetto this park is actually in a pretty well off neighborhood in uptown Manhattan. It's the choice of working out outside or working out in a gym we can all afford gym memberships your just a silly person who lives a different life behind that lil ol keyboard :).

  • @BarStarzz so someone put these equipment out purposely for working out? i am impressed, i wish i had some bars like this to work out on, i train down the local park on a goalpost when im home, im in new york in october, im going to have to have a look

  • @BarStarzz hey im just wondering are you ever going to do tutorial videos showing how you built up that insane core and upper body strength. the most advance pull up i could do is the muscle up, but i cant do planches yet and wondering how you developed the strength and balance to do these insane calisthenic exercises.

  • @BarStarzz actually its the past of working out haha... evolution went from bodyweight training to free weights and cables then machines... this is just a different type or training but in no way is it the future of training.. works great but you cant market this to the obese american which is all the future seems to hold
