I have an easyer way to do this.. but it depends on the gravity, somtimes items are alot lighter and you can throw a granade under it and it will shoot up to the level of the bulding with out kiling you, .. you can also go in nurtal roof, and make your team mate stand next to the edge, jump ontop of him, and you'll have enough hight to get ontop of the the roof walls..
uh i never said anyone cant do it first off and u have to move the dolly into place not just jump on it so technically it is a glitch because anything thats not suppose to happen in a game is considered as a glitch i dont think css made it so u can fly in the air ????

yea dude its called "a movable prop" not hard to do all u do is jump on it and get lucky... technically not a glitch.. anybody can do this
