They are on a 0.0 stargate. In 0.0 you can kill people and it isn't a crime, no concord and no sentry guns. So, they are can hold it as a tactical position. That sphere is an interdiction sphere, commonly referred to as a "bubble" it prevents people who are inside of it from warping away. They are very useful for camping stargates and undock points form stations. They can only be used in 0.0 space. That giant black thing is called a "Doomsday Device." It does exactly what you expect it to. (PWN)

BoB immediately reformed but have sov 1 because its a new alliance.

The Coalition forces move into delve and start taking advantage of this turn of events. BoB is still fighting quite well and doing a good job of at least damaging the coalition.

However, BoB have everyone move to PR-8CA. Their capitals and everything. The coalition camps the station and basically stops BoB for a month.
