@saifety there is a tutorial, kinda. its not this same exact effect but it uses the same concept.

First, take about 40 photographs of a path you would want to do that to. Then, photostitch them together in After Effects, and add motion blur, sound effects, and a chroma-keyable ending. That's how I did it anyways.
