So if some US states says 18 then it is 18 until they change that law. In my own country, the legal age is 15. So obviously it is ok to have sex with somebody age 15 or older if you happen to be in my country, until and if we change the law.

@melmec Well the bottom line is that we have to set the limit somewhere. We can't let it be on a case-by-case basis for obvious reasons. So if some US states says 18 then it is 18 until they change that law. In my own country, the legal age is 15. So obviously it is ok to have sex with somebody age 15 or older if you happen to be in my country, until and if we change the law.

And to all... entrapment is not an arguable defense just cause the police create an opportunity. All the police have to prove is 3 things. 1 That it was not the officers/agents idea to commit the act(having sex with a minor) but the suspects. 2 That the police did not pursuade the suspect to commit the crime(the pedo clearly pursuades the girl) and 3 the suspect was ready and willing to commit the crime(he came over with condoms/lube without any convincing. No jury would see it otherwise.

Although we'll never know what they ve found as "uneccessary" for the viewers to watch there s this percetage of predators in the show that do this regularly and not because they're deperate &cant find someone to sleep with like most of these guys. As entertaining as this is, NBC puts these guys in par with people who have actually committed actual acts to minors, people who are in jail for molesting kids, acts that were against someone's will, in other words; raping.
