  • the angle on that is sooooo sick !

  • Nice vid m8. We need more of these vids without music so we can hear the car and tyres instead of "usually" crap music destroying the viewing experience. Well done m8 nice drifting :)

  • hey least u havnt spent 30k on the engine just 2 go around in circles and do donuts.your spot on about fun and money

  • do u think u will get a irs diff 1 day

  • LOL! I would love to.... but that will blow out the budget. over the last two years the car has cost $6000 to build, including buying it. My goal is to keep things as cheap as possible, and as simple as possible. IRS would probably make alot of difference though! You can drift anything, but you probably wont win Drift Australia... I did just come second overall for pointscores for the 2009 season up here though!!! YAY! cheers.

  • corect me if i wrong was that one of the street comodores publishers talking in the back round.about ebay

  • Not sure, I got the video footage from a guy that was down there watching. I never gave it a thought. I hope so..... LOL.

    hint hint.

  • hahahah yer i heard it too, " If you wanna make some money....... Sell it on E-Bay" hahahah dunno if it was a SC Publisher though...

  • what work have you done to this car?...

  • Hey tomarto11, the car is a virtually stock vl turbo. I have removed all the interior and aircon stuff. Mods are: Mini Spool diff, very heavy springs, intercooler, surge tank, and a half roll cage and camber caster plates. All basic stuff, not too crazy. everything else is standard - motor, sway bars, turbo, clutch.

Its cheap and a lot of fun. It keeps you on your toes though!!!! Cheers.

  • @TopEndDrifter12 Hey buddy sorry for the stupid question but whys an irs diff better for drifting? If thats what you and MaruaderFox were talking about.

  • @TupacX2Pak hi dude, IRS is better because it offers even tyres on the road during a drift. the VLs have a solid axle (known as live axle) so when you slide into a corner, it starts leaning on the outside tyre more. You can see sometimes I only make smoke with the outside tyre, even though its a locked diff!!! That is because the weight has transferred over to the outside wheel. I like it, because you can actually get a fair bit of "drive" off that wheel, making for fast exists.

  • fucken awesome!!! what u running?

  • Hi Mate, Im running a stocko RB30 with stock VL turbo @ 10psi. turbo injectors and turbo computer. I have rediculously heavy springs and Koni adjustables to sort them out. Cheers.

  • fuckin sick kunt that was awesome

  • LOL! Thanks mate, I really appreciate any comments, you never get much credit drifting a VL :-)

  • awsome effort mate! u have some skills there :D
