not rly man, guy/lee/kakashi can all own itachi in this game, basically u use sharingan with kakashi and for lee and guy u wait till he gets close then u use the r2 attack and u should be able to pwn itachi although i have to admit itachi is damn pro in vs mode

i knoe in cases like that i use shikamaru and gaara or shikamaru and neji because shikamaru with the traps itachi runs into it switch quickly before they can attack hit them with the special but yeah mangekyou in that game is boss too

hmm i think u have to beat the whooolle story mode.. and then unlock kakshis mode beat it..*which is hard* have a friend play with u once u beat it. u unlock itachi and kisame

hey beat all the missions =] just do that and a hint to beat itachis rigged dark flares rofl apply invincible while dash and keep dashing until u find an opening heheh its how i beat him in story mode along with kisame im sure it'll help u. so rember beat all missions and then you unlock kakshi gaiden beat kakshi gaiden and you get itachi =].*no clue of kisame

hehe nice i just discovered that trick cause i had konoha spirits. and got pwned first time by him and kisame. but den when i got uzumaki chronicles 2 i started to get better understanding of the skill plate. hm so i equppied the invincible while dashing and itachi was a breeeeze keep gaming my friend

hi, I haven't played in a while but as I remember jutsus are either performed with R1, R2 or both pressed at the same time.

If none of those work you need to unlock the move, which probably requires you to be so far in the game and then purchase one of the blocks in the shop and then equip that block.
