As "rude" as the interview was, it was at the very lest entertaining, I've seen a thousand ten minute interviews where they ask the same questions, and basically suck the bands dick for ten minutes. You don´t understand the culture. The Mexican guys are trying to be fun but the placebo guy takes their attitude as rude and so responds with rudeness. Someone should have told placebo about the cultural differences. Also, please remember Mexico is a bit more traditional than the US. Drugs are still unacceptable and being gay is as unacceptable as being a pedophile in the US. A person who arrives at an interview with make up cannot expect to be respected but laughed at in such culture.

For example, in the US store clerks usually just throw the change in your hands and never smile, seem to be in a hurry and show their emotions. In Mexico, all this behavior will get a store clerk fired or the customer will beat him up. Change has to be put into the hands of a customer in slow motion in a delicate way. Clerks must smile and should never show anger or impatience at customers.
