BTW when Mamuwalde greets the professor at 0:28 he speaks in perfect Swahili, which is a nice surprise that the language was known in America even in the seventies! Why was a 2nd sequel never made?
I would propose "Blacula vs the CIA".
The plot would be Blacula intercepts a CIA shipment of smack marked for the hood,
and the vamp himself "eliminates" cracker CIA agents and Uncle Tom collaborators.
