All of you need to do your "research" Try reading Lexicon Devil, the book written by Don Bolles and Brendan Mullen. The whole thing is basically a huge oral story from everyone in the scene, and yeah some guys had sex with him. Though it shouldn't matter anyways.

After reading this book, this movie isn't that impressive at all.

This movie is SHIT. All it took was to make a simple google search to see what Darby Crash looked like. The kid that plays him, the set design and the overall feeling of the movie is that it should be a high school production. It sucks that they took such an amazing story and turned it into pure shit.

@GutterballsActor I appreciate your posting this, it is fun to watch, but there was a time when the Germs were bigger than the Dead Kennedys. the growling voice in hardcore and, later, in metal; began with Darby Crash.to say the least, the Germs were certainly one of the first hardcore bands. and you wouldn't be doing them any special favour by saying that the lyrics(mainly) by Crash remain unmatched -there the Germs can be called certainly a "big" band, paradoxically for a band with their name.
