  • The Secretary has to let lawyers determine if intimidation is right or wrong? Huh? He can't take a stand against intimidation?

  • This is a false accusation. The affadavit of Mr. Johnson indicates that he knew Minnesota Majority's volunteer was with Minnesota Majority. In TV Interviews he clarified that he never thought the volunteer worked for the Secretary of State. This is what happens when citizens ask difficult questions of their government officials. Trumped up charges and baseless smears.
