Hes not even an option QB. He wont be able to run the ball in the NFL efectivly because the linebackers are faster and just as big as he is. He has the athletic ability of a TE, but i dont know who would draft him over another TE who knows the position. I still think some team will draft him in the late 1st or 2nd round at QB. Its not imposible for him to make it at QB, he just has to grow and learn the QB position in the NFL like Vince Young is doing now.
To run an option in the NFL you need to be a passing threat as well as a running threat or the defense will eat you alive. Tebow will not run the ball succesfully in the NFL and he is far from a polished passing QB. Plus hes never ran a pro style offense before whitch will take him years to learn.

@Unfortunatecubfan92 NFL and NCAA rulebook dictates a sack is when a QB is caught running or passing with the ball in hand behind the line of scrimmage. Anything after the line of scrimmage is considered a tackle when the QB is free to run or lateral, but not pass.

The 1st one was won with Chris Leak as the starting QB while Tebow scored during garbage time. 2nd title was won by the stout Florida defense stopping the Sooner at the goal line countless times while it was the dynamic playmaking ability of Percy Harbin that got the offense going for the Gators.

Regarding your comment about CHris Leak - of course Tebow wouldn't have won that championship alone. He was still a big factor in their success. Game after game, they were put in a 3rd and 5? situation, and Tebow would keep the drive alive. He was a factor.

Hes not even an option QB. He wont be able to run the ball in the NFL efectivly because the linebackers are faster and just as big as he is. He has the athletic ability of a TE, but i dont know who would draft him over another TE who knows the position. I still think some team will draft him in the late 1st or 2nd round at QB. Its not imposible for him to make it at QB, he just has to grow and learn the QB position in the NFL like Vince Young is doing now.

To run an option in the NFL you need to be a passing threat as well as a running threat or the defense will eat you alive. Tebow will not run the ball succesfully in the NFL and he is far from a polished passing QB. Plus hes never ran a pro style offense before whitch will take him years to learn.
