It's easy. You just put all the spells in your book along with others to fill it up, then just fight and win once with full dark. Mastered. Same thing applies for all books.

Completely. And in a lot of games, shining bolt does nothing to stop liches. I cant believe people say that it just makes it easy. They will have 250 hp and heal like 50+ each turn automatically, and doing 1 75-100 damage attack each turn doesnt help, especially since it hurts you too up close, which is the way liches fight.
