  • this is what i do in gymnastics to stretch everyday  for improving splits. good job :)

  • I honestly think a part of Sarahs whole idea is "feel a stretch, look at my breasts, come down, look at my breasts, back up, look at my breasts....." Come on!

  • i wish I could get motivate to workout ..... it really makes me so mad .. but I still dont workout .. then this leave me fat and mad ... which is worst :)

  • @delite3014 i have lots of tips for motivation on my website. it is difficult but a healthy habit can be formed in as little as 10 days and as many as one month. start with one day at a time

    

  • @delite3014 hey maybe your like me and you need to start slow so you build up stamina and strenght to really workout hehe I started with ZUMBA and then went on to 'real' workouts when I was ready so I never gave up and I couldnt say its to hard or something ;)

  • can you do a less advance to this because there is no way i could do that.

  • @sweetviciousmellons just do it the best you can don't push to her level if you can not do it...same wit a work out do it the best you can push as hard as YOU can...everyone is different. good luck...you"ll work your way to this point in no time. stretches are awesome!

  • @sweetviciousmellons do each element separate like perform a set of 10 walking lunges feeling a stretch in your hip flexor. Next, do the hamstring stretch with your toe up while taking a step each time like you are toes your toes while walking. The twist element is missing but you can work your way up. Perhaps put your hand on your knee instead of the ground or use a yoga block.

    I do the first part of your stretch (bringing leg up and holding the ankle) all the time, but I do it laying down! It's so amazing :-)
