I actually knew what the song means before this video, but still decided to check.

l love the way rammstein discourages people from crap like using petrol by describing himself to do it, and then adding something sick, or having the song contain lyrics which does not fall to logic, such as 'mehr'. Man, when I listened to the part where he described how it flows through his veins etc. I actually made a mental oath never to try sniffing the shit :).
