@therealkakkamakkara songs are about interpretation. If you happen to interpet a song in a similar way to the creator then it just means you get the same emotion as they do from the song.

@Radiohead1010 I don't know about feeling the same as the creator, but certainly you will convey the same emotions to the listener as the creator, or close to. And sure, that could be something to aim for. Some song are butchered when not song like the original.
