Australia's justice system is a joke. Ive seen men get sentenced to fulltime jail for breaking an AVO by txt msg for 12 months while a junkie doing home invasions and armed robberies etc, gets a slap on the wrist and sent off to rehab. Repeat offenders get let off lightly because to police. lawyers, judges and the whole legal industry see them as a resource and that keeps them getting paid while honest, working, clean, first time offenders get maximum sentence.
