Hi George... I thought you were going to make a briefcase system with the G50/GPA10 combo. Then add the LDG, a Emu 1616m sound card and away we gooooo! But hey, the '706 is perfect in that case. Great Job! Let us all know how it works out.
@thelastminutegifts Actually, I still tweak on it. I need to update the video. I had to add a fan in the back. The 706 was getting a little hot during long QSOs. I also added an led light bar in the top of the lid and a dual switch to control the fan and the light. Thanks for the comment!!!

Nice setup bud. Thanks for some of the idea's. I've been working on getting a portable station ready for the summer time. I also have the 706.
