you're getting confused between old school uk garage 4x4 and the modern, bassline warp influecned 4x4. completely differnt stuff.

and for the record this is veteran and big ang, they did it together under the name bass city rollers. its speed garage. and it was whipped up around birmingham, underated for its speed garage contributions
