Edward Norton SO should have won that Oscar!!! No offense to Cuba Gooding Jr. in Jerry Maguire (1996), but Norton had a much harder character to play, and just nailed it. Norton's performance as Aaron Stampler was a complete and utter tour de force. He also should have won for American History X (1998), which is not only another tour de force performance by Norton, but is arguably the most realistic portrayal of a Neo-Nazi skinhead ever portrayed on film.

ever since i saw edward norton in this movie, i've been following his movies. he's a brilliant actor. he could sell any character that he plays in his movies. plus he's charming =)
This Mystery/Thriller is real classic of the 90's - unique storyline, suspense all the time, great acting, unpredictable ending. Masterpiece!!! Richard Gere, Laura Linney, Alfre Woodard and Frances McDormand were great. Edward Norton was special one. I still can't believe he didn't win the Oscar for this role. He showed phenomenal acting.
