The Lens Blur part does nothing to me. I've tried alot times, i can't make it work..

Why do you rasterize the shape layer? What is the effect of rasterizing?

@Sllvlloov You can't do certain things to text unless it's rasterized. If you try it will say "this layer needs to be rasterized before continuing. Razerize now?" or something like that. It doesn't really do anything other than making the text layer, a regular layer. Hope that made sense. =]

@AdNaNaLbAdRy You should if you're using photoshop. In CS5, it's at the top. Click Fliter. That will open a drop down menu. Hover your mouse over Blur, and that will reveal another drop down menu. Lens Blur is the sixth one down.

instead of creating the spectrum, you can just colour the layer in white and the use a gradient overlay... there is even a default colour spectrum! :) hope this helped :)
