Hi I am 1 month post op gastric sleeve. I so understand what your saying about water it drives me crazy not being able to have it before and after meals. I used to drink with my meal so it feels really wrong to have to wait.

Thank you for the information. It really puts everything in perspective of what is to come post surgery....oh well, guess I can't have anything really hot and spicy to eat then if I can't drink cold water right after!
