Big brands may have the capacity to do that, or increase the visibility of the campaign at a much larger scale but the true cost actually lie in maintaining what comes after the campaign. The engagement and relationships built out of it. Many (still) seem to fall short of that today.
Brilliant Jan! I love your insights into how SM levels the playing field. This is certainly true at face value.
The only advantage that big brands have, is big budgets to add the bells and whistles to their SM campaigns.
