Cherie looks sorta heavy physically here, she flubbed the intro to verse 3 and the band has too many guest guitar players for it to be very tight, so yer right--the song isn't so good. However Cherie did a great show last night at a Hollywood blvd. club. I'd expect any shows now to be an improvement.

Since you mentioned it, yes, Cherie is a mom. The blond kid playing guitar and singing backing vocals is her son, Jake Hays (father is Robert Hays of "Airplane" fame). He's a great guitarist. I'd imagine that his uncle, Steve Lukather, must've given him pointers along the way. Oh, and Cherie is in no way heavy. She's got recent pictures on her myspace.
