pretty sick, is it the stock inline 6 with stock internals and just a turbo kit? Because I wouldn't think a stock 328i can make so much power and handle is safely?

In my opinion it would be totally stock in the bottom end. The BMW six's are very strong and can make 500 hp with stock bottom end.
Good old German engineering!!
