When drivers hop out of thier cars after a crash the only reason the don't get pulled muscles and oher damage is because of the training they do, your everyday person would be buggered.
@hell5torm not only F1... you need to train yourself even for gokarting or rallycross etc. cause it's physically painful but the one below you is a dumbass and knows nothing.
@bluecafe69 you need to be super fit. Even for karting. Trust me i do karting and i train quite a lot. We have to be able to cope with forces too. After thirty minutes it can be quite tiring on your arms as you have to continuously figh the steering wheel and keep the kart balanced
