free medicine that's expensive to make and get while still paying docters is supposed to fix things how? where's the money for the doctors and medicine going to come from? If the government gives it to them then where do they get it from? Well they can do what Norway does and put a 25%-50% tax on nearly everything, even having a tv plugged into an outlet. pretty much you would need some mighty high medical costs now just to benefit from national healthcare.

Note to Obama: If I wanted to have to wait 4 months for an MRI, or be forced to take a second rate doctor of someone else's choosing, I will move to Canada, or vote Obama. You are totally right! John McCain's plan is an extention of Bush's policy, and we are much better off now than we were 8 years ago, so it makes perfect sense for us to continue along that same path.

We spend more money on health care than any country on the planet but are ranked near the bottom.

But that's a small price to pay for the joy of knowing Big Pharma is making billions.

I think you will find that Obama will do much more to lower costs and make healthcare more affordable.
