You're a fantastic guitar player. Wonderful lines, smooth bends and great vibrato. Have you tried the BJFE Honeybee versus the one made by Bearfoot FX? I'm asking because I live in Sweden and it would be easier for me to order this overdrive pedal (since it's Swedish).
@itsonlyrcknroll Too hard to compare. They both have their own unique tones... The Honey Bee has less gain and excels at low gain growl. It's very touch responsive and adds some cool mids....
With a musician like you, any pedal will sound cool... Do I detect a nod or two at Curtis Mayfield in there? How does this pedal sound on open chords a la The Who?
