left kicks lack some power, have you thought about training soccer to improve her power in the legs?

I always see fighters delivering weak kicks, thats why the judges never take it seriously imo.

Except the brazilian fighters, they play soccer when they are young, look at aldo's kicks

@sn1kzZe Dude that's ridiculous in all respect, the reason some soccer players can kick so hard is because they have been doing it for many years. Kicking a bag for many years will make you kick even harder, just look at muai thai world champs, they kick much harder then soccer player - proven on sports science. The point is fighters can be wasting time kicking a ball when they can be improving technique on a bag as technique is more important then power.
