  • Man this is one of the top fragrances from this line. Great job reviewing it and bringing it to more peoples attention!

  • Yup frunk is right also this scent has 6 drydownds

  • @gmello76 thats right Mel it does. I just can't get pass that spicey-floral heart

  • a liitle more on the feminie side for me with the sweet florals

  • yo lionell i got two samples of this today from dityque after buying a bottle of vetyverio from their line which is also amazing. they also gave a me a sample of oyedo.

  • @sf2explus whats your thoughts?

  • @lionelwoods7 alittle too floral for me but a nice smell does smell niche to me, but it is one of those scents that may be good for those that enjoy sweet floral scents as for me no way. I find that it's all over the place, i do agree it's much more refined than allure homme without a doubt. although i am not going anywhere near 34. Its more on the feminine side for me but men can pull it off. If someone walked past me with this i would enjoy it. but for me nope. pot pouri YES

  • @lionelwoods7 your review is very accurate i couldn't agree more i had two 2ml sample of this scent so i gave it to my sister. I also got a sample of Oyedo from them that one was like real madarin on skin. I love philosykos, but hate the lasting power which only limits the scent for spring/summer use. I nearly got 34 instead of vetyverio thanks god i didn't make that mistake.

  • I agree with the mixed pot pouri florals, but I also get a resemblance to YSL La Nuit De L'Homme. It's not quite as sweet and it's much greener on the top, but the use of coriander really links the two fragrances together in my nose.

    :-}

  • @Frunkinator you are right Frunk it does have the similarities! I like it but just something I couldn't find myself wearing. There are a few others I want to try now.

  • So here's the back story of 34 boulevard St Germains...it's the address of headquarters to the Diptyque house. As for the scent it's self, Diptyque wanted to capture the scent of "walking into one of there stores". So...then used a note from every fragrance they have produced and put it inside this bottle. That's why there is so many notes.

  • @Frunkinator I read that, my videos just be soooo long!

  • Im interested in Bonds West side after your first impressions the other day. I wear By Kilians - Love that is leans to the feminine side. In your opinion is west side more masculine?

  • @Mrcheech69er I would argue more femme If there were a scale 54/46 female to male LOL

  • Nice review. ^^ a few videos ago you say West Side was nice. What was the longevity like?

  • @grimmonster100 I get about 8 hours without having to dig my nose brother. Very nice. You interested in getting some? It is $138 for a bottle thats 1.38/ml plus shipping

  • @lionelwoods7 Thanks. yeah i'm about to order it in a few. i'm a straight guy that has no problem with feminine smelling frags. i actually like the ones that lean a little more torwards the sweeter side. "Thanks for the info"

  • @grimmonster100 Well you will love this one. It is a Red Wine/Rose/Sandlewood/Vanilla combo that almost smells edible, it is the most underrated Bond ever probably.

  • @lionelwoods7 Man, i can't wait! Good looking out lionel

  • @grimmonster100 I would say test it if you are concerned about feminine.

  • Good luck man...and Great Video Review!
