@o0Goyom0o I know a sparkie who works on the tracks in the vid, and he tells me that if you're grounded and you touch it, you die. So you can hop on it and not touch the ground and you'll be OK (like a squirrel on a wire), but if you're connected to the ground when you touch it, you die.
