Her name is Chizuru and she joins up with these hot guys who are members of the Shinsengumi which is kind of like a gang. They are involved in the war that's going on and take her in since they're also looking for her father who has invented a medicine that can turn ordinary men into vampire like monsters called the Rasetsu.
