Orbital command and mule down, in the meantime spam marines and SCVs
Build an engineering bay to get +1 +1
As soon as I have a decent clump, go rush.
Is this viable? I've been using it against toss and terran but not zerg. I usually die on the first attempt but I rebuild very quickly. Please give me some pointers.
I know sorry guys I've been playing too much WOW getting my characters to 80 and ready for Cata. I gotta get back into the game b/c some of my ideas are probably obsolete. As soon as other videos are ready I will upload them right away.
90% of the game from your side was just... one big mistake,... when you move out with those 8 marines, ALWAYS have your barracks rallypointed to where ur guys are moving.. if you see someone being as weak as he was towards those 8 marines, simply rape him with keeping ur barracks spitting out marines to your battle, keep microing away zealot dmg, and focus firing sentrys, the only and big counter u have to worry about, is a toss player using the sentrys shield to reduce marine dmg to 0.
Wouldn't it be better to Send starting SCVs to minerals before building and SCV. Having a unit do nothing is just as bad as not having a unit. But there are 6 units doing nothing. Just my $.02 Correct me if im wrong
Before the beta went down, i used this in every 1v1 almost, won about 70% of the time due to me failing to use what i learn and being in bronze league.
You key bind by selecting the unit(s) or building(s) then while pressing ctrl you select a number that works for you.
In SC 1 I used to just put buildings from 0 down to 7. Then units I put on keys 1-6. In this game I'm trying something new. Ex, I keep my early buildings like command center and barracks on keys 2 and 3 and use my marines on key 1. Once I reach mid game then I put my buildings key bindings to higher numbers.
@bldude2 Ya this definitely wasn't a pro level game but I think it was a decent example that can teach a lot of basic things I wanted to throw out there so I can later refer people to my first video when I am explaining these ideas in future videos.
My plan for marine rush is this:
Start off standard
Instead of building 1 barracks, build 3.
Reactors on all.
Orbital command and mule down, in the meantime spam marines and SCVs
Build an engineering bay to get +1 +1
As soon as I have a decent clump, go rush.

your barracks was very delayed, you had 200 mins before you started it. but other then that was pretty entertaining.
