Can you use mic cable as audio cable eg: using mic cable between amp and speaker so it shielded to eliminate hum? Thanks.

no, you want to use speaker cable for that, the hum is already in your amplified signal. you want to eliminate the interference from the signal before it is amplified, as the whole signal is amplified including the unwanted hum. hope that is helpful.
