  • I was absolutely horrified when my husband told me he wanted to get a Rotti, just because I'd never been around one before. Once we got him home and trained a bit, I realized I was wrong. He was the biggest baby I ever had. The best part was he was huge and wanted to sleep between my husband and I and refused to get off the bed. It was the funniest time of the day was to see him and my husband fight for the bed lol

  • my dog died of aer at like 4 :(

  • i agree, rottweilers are powerful animals but with the right training they make excellent pets, too often they get bad press because of horrible owners that bring out the bad in them

  • A well trained Rottweiler is the best pet for the family ever!! I know, i had one 65 kg pure muscle and love, since he's gone, the whole family miss him... It's all about how you train them!

  • Our Rottie sleeps with our little girl and people can't belive it, We just can't get them to understand that they are great with kids.

  • Perfect name for the video.

  • It is truely a wonderful example of the real nature of dogs. The best thing that happend to mankind is that we have made dogs our companion. I had the honour of sharing 10 years of my life with a 60 kg male rottweiler called ARTUR. People could learn so much from them about honesty, love, family and care.

  • @roboju1 you forgot loyalty

  • what a wonderful example of how a well balanced dog should behave with a human infant....just beautiful - made my day xx

  • i had a pit bull... was stole for pit fighting ...best dog i ever had would not let anyone mess with my family..my point is its the sacks of shit that use them to make money

  • he snore right now...

  • my favorite breed here....no other will do for me....thats really the only kind of dogs i feel safe with, my doggie brothers names was sampson....he was my best friend....love videos like this one...i hope to have a house of my own to have one again....

  • Edvin's like... "Hey doggy gimme that back! >.> im goona get yew!" *walks toward dog* XD

  • i like this vid! it really show´s the character of a great dog ´n of course, the behavior depends on the owner but a li´l bit more by the breed.i grewed up in a breeder´s family and there have never been problems between the dog´s ´n me.if anyone know´s the german kennel "from sternbogen" you´ll know what kind of dog´s they bred.thx 4 this nice vid......it remains me to my childhood and show´s the roddi by his (almost) normal behavior.

  • My dad has a rotti who is very protective of the house but when it comes to my lil neices he is like butter.

  • awwwwww we just lost our rottweiler a few weeks ago... my oldest took it pretty hard since they'd been together since my youngest was a toddler. :( we miss him, he was great with the kids. (he had cancer)

  • Awww

  • partners in crime

  • That is so true. I love that breed.

  • My mom has old videos of when I was little of me an my rottie and he passed away in 04 we got two more pups a few months later there amazing gentle giants

  • I feel sorry for any stranger that gets between your kid and dog with the intention of hurting your kid.

  • I can tell you from personal experiance that Rottie are some of the most gentle dogs you will ever come accross its all in how you raise them and you can tell that dogs loves his baby sis

  • Thank you for sharing your videos of your wonderful Rottie.

  • Rottweilers are not nasty dogs they are king hearted and caring it's the prats of the owners who make them sucha a bad name by mistreating them :( That rotty really loves that lil lad friends for life :D

  • Wtf? I would never trust a rot wit my baby. Especially if its in my babies face

  • @Tsunami11Bomb Is this your rottie? No. Is this your baby? NO. A well trained and socialized rottweiler, like this one, will be a very great babysitter.

  • Your dog is extraordinarily well mannered. I'm not suprised though. I have 2 rotties...most amazing breed...ever!

  • so cool

    aswome video

  • awwww!!!! puppy wants to play tug-a-war!!!!

  • i've had rotties my whole life. they're such loyal and loving dogs. certain dogs behavior shouldn't shape the breed. it's the owners fault. my rottweiler i have now, was from a family where she was not trained, played with, or walked what so ever. this is her second christmas with us and she is an angel! all they need is patience, training, and excercise and they turn out to be PERFECT dogs.

  • @dannymette1996 All rotts are not evil.. if you look in the related videos where the baby kept hitting the rottweiler the rott did nothing but just layed there.. so if they re evil why didnt that rotty jus bite the baby..Btw i jus got a rotty pup and so far hes not evil.. Cause i treat him like a loving owner should!!

  • r.i.p gibson :(

  • eu axo qe tudo depende da criação, do dono continuar dando atenção ao cachorro desde o nascimento do bebê, na verdade eles são o retrato dos cuidados do dono :)

  • Hes like Come on PULL THE SOCK LOL Dog GONE IT LOL

    very cute

  • All dogs are sweet from nature!

  • u pussys have a lot of nerve

  • OMG!!! The innocence

  • no he didnt treat the dog bad he forgot to feed him and he turned i think all rottweilers should die!!!

  • u dont know a t6hing

  • i actually do know what im talking about rottweilers are horrible dogs they turn on u the second u treat them bad

  • @dannymette1996 1. if that was the case there would be a lot more people around missing limbs and digits. 2. Why was you friends dad mistreating his dog? I'm guessing the poor dog was unloved and ill trained from the get go, and any breed of dog might bite under those circumstances. I've know quite a few rotties all of them sweethearts and not one of them have "turned" ... then again all of them had responsible loving owners too.

  • @dannymette1996 whats ur deal they are really sweet dogs if u train them and raise them right. did u have a bad experience with one cause if ya did it dont mean they are all bad i used to walk some and they were a lot sweeter than this black lab i had to walk. >:(

  • @dannymette1996 If you treat a dog badly, no matter the breed, then it's your own fault if they turn on you, NOT the dog's.

  • @dannymette1996 You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Shut up please you stupid cunt,

  • This is so cute!! It puts tears in my eyes to learn that this kind-hearted dog died at the age of 3!

  • Love how he's trying the teach the baby to play with him. -=D

  • My fav. Type of dog...had one growin up..I luvv rotties

  • i think rottweilers are evil they turned on my friends dad and bit his finger off!!!

  • @dannymette1996 No, that particular one was badly trained and not nice....Stop stereotyping a breed. It's frustrating when you dont know what you're talking about

  • the BEST dogs!

  • lols at the beginning, the baby tried to take it away from the dog, then the tables got turned in the end HAHA

  • It's the Owner that Shapes a Dogs behavior! Not the Breed!!! :)

  • @OnShoreGuide thats what I keep telling everyone and of course didnt believe me...*sigh* I really hate it when people misjudge these dogs..its just stupid...I had a bit of a heated argument with someone about that subject...

  • The rotty is like cmon play with me play with me dammit play with me that's rottys for you the love kids mine will protect all kids not just mine I love rottys they all act the same as long as they have great owners that is

  • I always know Rottweiler were the best dogs ever.

  • How adorable and thank you for letting him have or obtaining him with his lovely tail still in tact. Sorry for your loss. The good die young they say x

  • I'm so sorry for your loss! He looks like a big ole goofy dog! I haven't looked at all your vids but I hope you got another one.

  • Lol at 0:40 the rottweiler is like "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"

  • I watch the Gibson videos when I'm feelin down. They never fail to make me smile. Thank you for sharing them. And thank you Gibson for making me smile. R.I.P. my friend.

  • my aunt and uncle had a rottie that recently had to be put to sleep :(

he was the biggest baby! such a sweetie

  • I too recently had to loose my Rotty ( Murphy ) at only 5 1/2 to the big C. Even though we like you have a baby the house just seems so empty without him there. It's that time in you life you realise why people say "a dog is man's best friend"

  • LOL it looks like he wanted to play tug of war with the baby

  • rotties are jental giants and people think of them like pitbulls, they think their horried dogs and should be a junk yard gard dog but accutualy they are a great family pet because my grandads got one and hes dead roughf and hes like gibson :) and sorry that you lost your dog xxxx

  • i had a rotweiler and he was massive lasted til the age of 8 and had a fit then it went blind :/ we had put it down i holded my dogs heart till it stoped :( was very upset now i have a pitbull and it is nothin like a rotweiler its crazy ... wish i would of got a rotweiler but dint wanna wait ROTWEILERS ARE YOUR BEST FRIENDS !!

  • It's so nice how kids can be depressed and when they find a true friend like a loyal animal, it makes you cry of happiness and sadness at the same time.

I was 13 and i was having issues with life *just boredum, dullness, loneliness* and my dad decided he had enough and decided to get me Russel. My Dobby that i played with every single day. I started to go to school again and i'd always teachers complimented me saying how cheerful i was now. But russle died 1 year ago and that was that. RIPmate

  • Im affraid of the combat baby

  • What a wonderful video!

  • sorry for your loss i hope my puppy turns out like gibson

  • R.I.P Gibson The Rottweiler, and yes this is a REAL rotty right here mine is the same

  • @winrx I've got a Great Dane (Biscuit), he's about six years old and so far so good! Unfortunately, larger dogs are more prone to cancer and other health problems because of all the wear and tear their bodies get over the years. It's just hard work for their bodies, so the older they get, the more health problems are likely to occur. But as long as you take care of them, they'll live to a ripe, old age. :o)

  • @MonochromeOverload yep, my first dog died at the age of 12 from cancer, he was a german short haired pointer mix, my second dog died at the age of 14 from being old, he was a chow chow / black lab. Both dogs were fairly large and both lived long and happy lives. Take care of the dog and the dog will take care of you.

  • @MonochromeOverload Our Great Dane (William) died a while ago from back problems, it was sad at first but when Great Danes die you feel proud at how amazing at, well everything they are. For example when I was young he used to let me hit him (I was very young) and pull his hair and stuff.

Also when they die you realise that the bigger the dog the more love you can get from it :)

  • @SlushYxHitMarkers We have a year old Great Dane (our first one) and he's an amazing, loveable hellion. :) I can't imagine life without a Dane now. We also have an English Mastiff and they are best friends. A family down the street has an Austrian Rottweiler and he's a gentle giant, but not much taller than he is wide, yet solid muscle. Rottys are great dogs. :)

  • @Kunstdesfechtens haha nice, they are amazing dogs

  • Are larger dogs more prone to getting cancer at an early age?

  • I am so sorry to hear that Gibson died of cancer and so very young. we just lost our Rottie, Brandy. She had osteosarcoma. There is a large study being done at the Broad institute, in conjunction with MIT and Harvard. They are studying osteosarcoma in dogs. Rotties, in particular, have a higher incidence. The risk is higher the younger they are 'fixed', and if they have 'growth puppy food'. their research will hopefully benefit pediatric cancer research as well.

  • I run over youu!

  • This just shows that this dogs are just as great with kids as other. People think that all Rottweilers are viscous and mean but that is only if they have been treated badly in the past. This one obviously hasn't good job ;)

  • we have a rottwiler to and he dose wat yours did takes socks out the wash pile and trys and puts them in ur hand ! :D xx

  • beautiful rotty

  • I miss my Rottweiler R.I.P my friend..

  • @SUPERSS90 ever heard of the rainbowbridge , he's waiting for you loyal as ever ;)

  • @commonsense809 makes me cry every time

  • i see gibsons tail isnt cropped

  • @TheNatethegreat11 Its illegal in Sweden since 1989!

  • Now, that's how everybody should train their rotts...Great job

  • Gibson looks so healthy in that video. God bless him.

  • don't know a ton about the breed, but I thought that a pure breed rott wouldn't have a tail, only a stub...not questioning you, but just curious.

  • @spynldoc They are born with tails, the owners have the option of cropping it (cutting it off). Same with dobermans' ears, they are naturally floppy, like a lab's ears. The owners cut them to make them stand up.

  • The dog just lets the kid take the sock without offering complaint...thats a good dog. Tragic that his life was cut so short.

  • An undocked rottie ... Good for you guys :)

  • im very sorry bout ur beautiful rotty gtn cancer at 3, my got it at 4 and i miss him, just remember the 3 amazing yrs u had :) it gts better i promis x

  • That dog LOVED that baby! I'll bet he was very protective too. Sad that a smart and loving dog like that was only with you for such a short time.

  • He is actually gorgous, my Rottwielers a pure breed and shes a big baby! shes so tiny, videos of her on my profile :)

  • I used to hace a Rotty too. Her name was Casey and she and I grew up together. She was the nest dog I ever had. She was very friendly unless she thinks that you might try to hurt her family, especially me. Hell, she even chased off two kids who were picking on me when I was about 5 years old. After she chased them, they never even went near me again.

  • yaaayyy cute baby and cute dog!!! <3 <3

    STOP HATIN'

  • Is this most common in Rottweilers, or is it also shown in other breeds?

  • Problem with dogs that big is that they often don´t know their own strength. Most accidents are happening of that, even bites. Their jaws can press an ubelievable amount of pressure, and kids bones aren´t as strong as adult ones. Of course, there are dogs that are intentionally biting and attacking out of fear or they were taught to, but these are the exceptions shown on the media. BTW, love the video

  • At least twice a year we hear of 'family pets' who attack and kill children. Why would anyone even risk that happening to their child?

  • @cheekysausage A good chunk that's due to:

    1. Ignorant owners who let their kids pester the dogs

    2. Owners who don't teach children to respect pets

    3. Ignorant owners that leave tiny children unattended with said pets

    4. Ignorant owners that let their dogs (usually untrained) roam the local neighborhoods where children play (usually unsupervised).

Just because you hear of bad things doesn't mean you shouldn't have a pet. Just people who don't have the time to teach both childrennand pets.

  • @cheekysausage Every year we hear of children dying from diseases and accidents, so why risk having a child? In fact, tons of people die in car accidents and house fires. We should avoid those things too. And the outdoors cause people die there, and air planes, and swimming pools, and bath tubs, and diseases from other people. We should never risk any of these super dangerous things!

  • r-i-p rotty :( made me sad to hear it died

  • Gibson was such an awesome dog... It's easy to tell he was a gentle giant, and raised to be a wonderful big brother to your son. I am so sorry for your loss, especially your son. I know Gibson is watching over your guys, and he will send your son another fur brother/sister to take care of him and play with him. I love how he is gently trying to get your son to play tug with him... so adorable!!

  • The Dog is like, 'I want to play tug - a war'!!!! Why don't you understand this game! *Lays down in disapproval!

  • fuck with that baby and that dog will eat you.

  • Awwww~ He wants the baby to pull it! That is so cute!

  • Gentle giants and loyal companions. So sorry your dog passed so young!

  • HEY U NEVER CROPED HIS TAIL?>???

  • He's like "MINE! MY ROPE!" and then "Here, you have it." Lol

  • I would be more afraid of that walker than I would the Rott! Sorry you lost him so early.

  • Rottweiler's are really friend dogs , every dogs are friendly , u just have to train them well and u will have another "kid" at house no matter of his age :) Cheers

  • Sorry to hear he passed away :( He looked like such a great dog.

  • Finally someone shows how Rottys really are! Thank you! I raised 3 Rottys with my 3 children and my dogs loved those kids and protected them and played with them. lol I couldnt even discipline the kids without the dogs looking at me funny. They ARE NOT a vicious breed, but kind, loving and loyal. Not what TV and Movies make them out to be. Once again thank you!!!!

  • i really like that you kept your tail on your rotty! :) a great step towards keeping a great breed of dog as natural and calm as possible. great work! love the vids

  • awwwwwww hes trying to teach edwin how to Play Tug of war how cute

  • Ohhhhhhh It shows how close we are with animals... They know that the baby is small and easy to hurt just like theirs =D very cute and how gentle too

  • Awww he wants the baby to play tug o war ... lol.. too cute

  • 0:11 Dog: Ummm excuse me!!! but that happens to belong to me

  • there were only two dogs tha were ever mean, and they were both owned by an old lady. they never bit a person EVER and the reason was because she was a tough owner and knew how to keep the dogs in line. if it werent for her strictness they would have killed someone, proof itsthe owners fault. they were germaan sheperds too.

  • porque un perro sea bueno no significa que todos son iguales

igual la culpa de la actitud del perro es del que lo cria

si se entrena no v a a atacar

  • Really sorry for your loss i know how it feels like:-(

  • Gibson you rocked.....hope you're resting in peace buddy!

  • jeez, I hope people who believe dogs are lesser, not as intelligent beings as us see this video. look at how sweet, gentle, and well-mannered this dog is with this baby. he understands that this is a child/"pup" and treats him as such. incredible.

  • @unicornismm it's pretty obvious dogs are not exactly like human beings in basis of intelligence, that does not mean they don't hold some form of common sense understanding and a conscious of some sort. You see, anytime a dog is dealing with something smaller or more fragile then itself it does not play rough, a dog or another animal of it's size it plays more rough to the standards of the other animal or human, they know what is what and how to act accordingly.

  • @unicornismm They even get sad or you can tell when they are happy and excited, those are so called "Human traits", I've seen this in other animals too, An elephant was friends with a stray dog, they literally played together and met everyday and then the dog would go off and do its own thing sleep, eat etc, and then tomorrow meet again. The dog eventually passed away before the elephant, and acted as if somehow it knew and had a hint of sadness when the Dog did not meet it. Amazing.

  • @unicornismm It's not like this just with dogs, and we can't say it just sees their smaller or other animal as it's child, baby puppy etc, because this happens in other odd animal couples too, such as the Stray cat and a regular Crow. They become unlikely companions for some reason, and they know they are not the same species, size, age what have you but act accordingly & fondly anyway, and science can't say why. The parenting aspect is one theory though.

  • i had a rottie for 11 years and was the best dog i ever had!

  • My rottie is the best dog we have EVER had...she is so good with kids and let's my two neices dress her up in clothes. She is older now and has arthritis, but I have never been afraid of her being around children as long as they were supervised. I would totally get another Rottweiler. Her spirit is so gentle and loving, an completely loyal to her owners...i would tell anyone to get one with total confidence. It is bad owners that make mean dogs

  • you can never call a breed of dog vicious, its all down to its owner.

  • that was so cute! the dog wanted to play with the baby! sharing his sock (toy) aawww!

  • how cute! i had a Rottweiler too. he passed a month ago, from cancer (but he only had a few days when we found out, so we had to put him down..) Sorry for your loss.

  • This is a true Rotty. They are the most gentel dogs on the planet.Just sometimes assholes get their hands on a rot and make it mean. Then when it bites someone or a kid the A-HOLE media blows it way out of order, calling the Dog the reason.

  • if the kid hurt the dog or he hit him accedintly .. what the reaction of the dog will be ?

  • If he shit on the carpet, he can just Say: Wasn't Me!... Iam Saying about the Dog. LOL

  • tooo cutee

  • When dogs get old(7+), they lose their temper easier than when they are young. Now, if you stuck a baby in a room with an unrelated, grouchy 100 year old the outcome would be similar. If they are both young when they meet, they will, 99.9% of the time, get along.

  • My Rott, Star, died two years ago from cancer at the age of 9. I feel ya, man. She was like my sister. I dont remember life before Star and it really hurt me when she passed away. I spent Christmas and my birthday without her and i never have before that i can remember. :,(

  • all he wants to play....... its just a...... owner just hang them if cant raise these pure angel. always in support for rott.

  • So cute

  • cancer at the age of three... :'( makes me cry for you <3

  • Terribly sorry...I lost my Rottie to cancer when he was 7. Took me over a year before I could even think of getting a new one. They'll never be another like Fraud (RIP 9-10-09)

  • Rotts are so cute...

  • @ETERNAL TRUTHER

i agree with everyone else b/c one a dog bite is caused when the dog feels threaten or when someone it doesn't know comes in to contact with it family. my JRT is like that. if she doesn't know you and sees you with me she will want to defend me and protect the pack that she lives in. so if you hate mammals so much hate your self cause we are mammals too

  • I'm sorry to hear about Gibson. What a lovely dog may he RIP

  • wen there is a baby and there is an agressive breed with it and they grow up together then the dog will feel the need to protect the baby

    PROBLEM SOLVED

  • @cbullification --Beastiality is not my thing, although it sounds as if it is yours. to put an animal on the same level as a human proves you do not even understand how and why humans were created...so enjoy worshipping your filthy animals.

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER If you hate domestic animals so much, why comment your opinions on this video? Nobody gives a damn about your opinions because they're bullsh*t. Don't get a pet if you hate them so much. Period.

  • It's all about people knowing their dog and taking responsibility. My daughter was bitten once. Owners knew the dog didn't like children and would bite when passing them on the street but they still didn't bother putting it on a lead. Failed responsibility, but not the dogs fault. Dogs are different, but as owner it's your responsibility to keep both your dog and people safe. Ergo: always a people problem!

Lovely video. Great dog. They'll make good playmates in a few years. :)

  • Bad dogs are a result of poor upbringing. Raise the dog, teach him/her who the dominant one is (you), and give it plenty of exercise. This dog was a prime example of impeccable parenting. I'm so sorry for your loss. You gave him a loving disciplined home, I'm sure, and made his last days incredibly wonderful.

  • @cbullification --for your information douchebag..the dog wasnt mine..it was a family friends dog who was raised around their 4 children..I was'nt there..the dog was 10 years old and had never done anything like that before, which is my point..its not the many times they don't bite..it is the one time they do...they are animals...if you are correct then why are there over 2 million dog bites a year? no matter how much training a dog can still bite or maul...any vet will tell you that..IDIOT!

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER Well maybe your child was pretty unruly that day. I bet you got a huge chunk of pocket money from it too, huh? Don't people ever learn that discipline is a great tool for raising their children? Poor parenting is pretty sad these days, and for your information, not many vets will tell you that, bubba- only the ones who want to scare the living daylights out of you to get more obedience training of some sort.

  • Im so sorry for your loss, Gibson looks like a really sweet and intelligent dog. <3

  • never seen a thing more stupid and dangerous than this.... and ..... I've been owner of three dogs....

  • @flore1968 Are you going to post this on all the rottweiler videos? Sheesh! Leave it be, dude. I've been the owner of 5+ dogs; that doesn't mean anything.

  • dear animal worshippers...if you could get along with people you would'nt need an animal as a best friend...dogs are not human beings, they are pets, i love my dogs but would never put them on the same level as humans or ever let any animal around a baby...you can't train instincts out of animals...just ask zigfried and roy!

  • If you raise the dog properly u will have the best friend you'll ever find in your intire life

they are beautiful dogs and they respect their owner u just have to be just and respect the dog as well.

Bad dog are the product of bad and inexperienced owners.

Be wise and inform about the breed and training if u r considering bring one rottie to ur family.

they are loyal, intelligent and beautiful dogs

  • @ChemicalViruS004 I definitely couldn't agree more with this comment.

  • anyone else thinks babies and dogs can communicate?

  • if any dog this is the one id want to have and will have around a baby. If u raise them right they are sweet gentle dogs.

  • I personally think that a dog as a Rottie must be raised near kids so they can get used to their presence. Of course, teaching kids to respect the animal's space and temper is very important if not a must. I have got a Rottie myself and it is the sweetest thing I have ever had. My Rottie is very used to kids and it has never attacked any people, any at all, but it has served as a warning for intruders because it's size and fame.

  • THEY ARE ANIMALS...PERIOD. THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS OF A FAMILY ...THEY ARE NOT PEOPLE...THEY ARE ANIMALS AND CARRY ANIMAL INSTINCTS

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER Dogs are whatever you raise them to be and they are members of the family. You don't have to be human to be part of a family jerk.

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER and for the record, you must have been a terrible owner to let your disobedient golden RETRIEVER (corrected your spelling while I was at it..) around a 4 year old. You need to treat the dog like a baby will treat it. You don't just let an untrained dog, or ANIMAL for that matter, around a young child! Are you stupid?! I hope YOU go to prison for letting your child get "mauled" by a family dog. Tsk tsk. You might need some parenting classes among many other things...

  • @cbullification Many people in here feel that this isnt worth the risk. And for that reason we know that many of the babies probably will feel the same too one day. Therefore this is wrong towards them.

Of course many dogs are gentle creatures but they can always get confused or scared, and this could trigger aggressive behaviour. Animals dont have the same rational control over their feelings as humans do. Accidents with family dogs in situations like this are, unfortunately, numerous.

  • Comment removed

  • WHAT AN IDIOT..LETTING AN ANIMAL AROUND YOUR BABY..ASK MY DAUGHTER WHO GOT MAULED BY A FAMILY PET"GOLDEN RETREAVER" WHEN SHE WAS 4..IT ALMOST RIPPED HER FACE OFF..DOGS ARE ANIMALS AND ARE UNPREDICTABLE...IF PEOPLE WOULD LOOK AT THE REAL NUMBERS OF DOG ATTACKS "2,000,000 PER YEAR" YOU WOULDNT LET THAT BEAST AROUND YOUR PRECIOUS CHILD...ITS NOT ALL THE TIMES THEY DON'T BITE...ITS THE 1 TIME THEY DO! IF THAT BABY GETS BITTEN I HOPE THE PARENTS GO TO PRISON!

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER

    Shut the Fu**ck up!

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER They aren't idiots bc they let the baby and dog play together.

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER Shut up. You're so uneducated! Read up on obedience. My Boyfriend and his family have raised many Dobermans (which have the same reputation as Rottweilers...) and my grandfather raised both. Together! When my cousin and I were babies AND toddlers, we would poke, prod, jump on, punch, tug on, slobber all over and ride these dogs. We didn't know better! If you raise them properly, you'll have a prime example of a GOOD dog. Read up on some material, jack wad.

  • @ETERNALTRUTHER u must have sume mental issuse if u feel that way

  • Personally I think most of you are idiots, yes a dog can turn at any time, it's not just the big dogs but those poxy little lap dogs as well you might want to think about that before you leave your kids with your miniature poodle, Vicious pitbulls are the result of bad owners i.e CHAVS who beat and force these dogs to fight for money because they are too lazy to get a job

  • they look so different w/ their tails!

  • Gibson: "Take the damn cloth already!"

  • the real side? oh please as someone who has owned 3 in my life time... and always treated my dogs good , i know this isnt the real side of any dog . Dogs can attack for any reason and kids around any dog can be a bad idea . Rotts coming in 2nd in my book as the worse dog to have when have kids under 10 and pitbulls be 1.. hve them at your own risk around little kids..u can get lucky, but if your not so..sorry for the kids or you for your twisted thnking of dogs
