I'm glad you tried posting the entire unedited speech, but in this part, through no fault of your own, C-SPAN skips over a huge chunk. After he says "No terrorist network will gain weapons of mass destruction from the Iraqi regime, because the regime is no more..." he should continue with "in these 19 months that changed the world," according to the official transcript, but the video skips ahead considerably. Does anyone know where to find the complete unedited video? I've looked high and low.

Haven't subsequent Bush administration officials admitted that there was no connection between the secularist regime of Saddam Hussein and the ultra-fundamentalist Osama bin Laden?
