Oh no I just change my voice. The first part talking about the wand was my real voice (my normal speaking voice) and then the introducing the Today on Sailor Moon and the TOSM itself was in my Terri Hawkes' version of Serena's voice. But to answer your question no I didn't use a program or anything. Glad you liked it. (:
