@3y3tiger Yeah, seems like a lot of movies get the deluxe packaging treatment overseas, and we just get stuck with the regular editions a lot of the time. Which is why I guess a lot of hardcore collectors like to import stuff from all over, so they can truly have the best edition in the WORLD of whatever movie it is. (Yes, I'm lookin' at YOU, discjunkietv!) ;)

Only just got round to watching this vid Sean i just wanted to say great stuff you have been given so jealous of the dvd looks so cool, also while im on that subject im pretty sure you can watch it on your ps3 because i think its a multi-region player for dvds you might have to check that if you have not done so already i remember going through my settings and finding something along those lines so id check it out

Yeah, Event Horizon was great. It's a shame that it's so underrated. By the way you mentioned that the set was region 3, I was under the assumption that the dvd was just R2(Europe). Wish that I'd picked up that cool set instead of the standard SE release.

Did I say Region 3? Oh no, I was talking about my old DVD player which was Region FREE, meaning I could play pretty much anything in it. But that player died a while ago, so now I can only watch non Region 1 stuff on my computer. The set is indeed Region 2.

Yes, I saw that! It's very detailed all over, I love it! I checkled the extras, looks liike it's all the same stuff that's on the Region 1 and Blu-ray editions. But like I said, worth having just for the beautiful packaging! Thanks again, now I just have to figure out how to properly display it on my shelf...hehehe

Yeah, I've actually seen some comparative screenshots showing the difference with the Blu-ray framing. It's very very VERY slight, and you're only going to notice if you're really straining to look for it. It's actually more of a very slight "fisheye" effect, rather than normal stretching. Very strange, I have no idea why that happened. I'm still planning to get it, though.

Hmmm... it took you about as long to play through Dead Space as it did for me to play through Realms of the Haunting.

I've heard some people really hate Event Horisen, I have no idea why. But then agen I also liked the transformers movies. So what the hell do I know.

Hehehe...well, it didn't take me that long to play through it on my own, just to do the videos. :) My original playthrough I took about a week to go through the whole thing, then played it through again in a matter of a few days. The whole game takes about 15 hours from beginning to end, maybe a bit less if you know what you're doing, a bit more first time through.

Yea, it took me about 8hrs to complete RotH but I've played it almost every year since I got it in 1996. So I'm somewhat of a pro at it. It takes a lot longer if you have to read through all the gernals and letters and figure out what you have to do.

I used 2 have that book : a guide to star wars universe, but in my opinion (only) Revenge of the Sith was the best in the whole saga, I never really cared for episodes 1 & 2 at all, original trilogy is great....great gift.
