I rode it just last week in about 45 mph wind gusts. Makes you feel alive for sure!

for siting down is 4-8 people . but if not many ppl then 2-4 person on the cable car will start the journey ..

For standing are those like me dont want to wait for the long queue .

@Pistolero1983 You can't stop strangers from entering your car if they want to. But usually people prefer keeping to their own groups - unless the Q is really really long.

went there yesterday it kick all sort of ass. its a fantastic ride and even if windy it was not scary.

I went in the cable car in June 2008 it was raining so hard and the wind kept rocking it, scarey..it was closed the next day i believe.

When raining or high wind they will close it for safety reasons.

when i went in october 2007, unfortunately it was still out of service. i wonder if it will ever reopen

just bring umbrealla in case . but when too heavy rain it will stop the service for safety . before you take the ride .. check the weather report

yay! ive been in that cable car!!! great veiws, and when it got windy it was pretty rough. Actually, i think i came from the other side of the cable...
