  • It was an interesting experience, but... With the breathing exercises, it was hard to concentrate because I felt so much inner anxiety. It was also difficult to have natural breathing, because when I focused on my breathing, I seemed to consciously self-regulate my own breathing. It was difficult to focus on natural breathing for this reason. If anybody reads this, I would greatly appreciate any advice or material to study.
