  • Wow, you have done fantastic my sister and you are looking marvelous . Hey sometime we all have take a step back and many questions and yes is it acceptable and if so deal with the results. Now its wonderful to know that you were ableto be a conquer as it relates to the unacceptable.

  • WOW!! Your picture in the beginning just leaves you speechless! What an amazing transformation. How tall are you might I ask? 174 lbs goal weight is a lot for me but I am only 5'4 but 173 looks wonderful on you! I am so glad I watched this video because I have been at a stall in the 230's and I am have to reevaluate my food choices that I think are healthy!! My short term goal is 175 (LOL) and you are right the gains are no longer acceptable so I am working on what I eat and drinking more water!

  • @CeeCeebanded :)) thanks! I'm 5'9.5 tall

  • Do u have. Lose skin u make. It. Look. Easy. I know. Its. Not

  • @ghanawife324 Yes :) there are a few parts a lil loose lol ..it's never easy but it is possible.

  • the land of M....learning what is unacceptable means to YOU is such a valuable lesson. Excellent video. Thank you!

  • @bandedwendy Thank you Champ :))

  • Very great video. It is important that I recognize that my actions and slow loss is unacceptable. Not exercising consistently or getting proper rest totally unacceptable. Thanks for sharing.I need to buy that book.

  • Thank you great video!

  • And another thing....I too have started taking the people I surround myself with more seriously and started an OWN it group on FB. Champions....I like that...surrounded by champions!

  • OH you're bringin' it! GREAT preview for me of the 160s! You know I'm watching you so keep it up lady! Keep shining the light.

  • Thank u for this video.... I'm always buying bariatric friendly food "just in case" I'm caught in need of a snack... I don't eat it that much, but when I do...... It is unacceptable. Tk u for sharing.... Cause sometimes I do indulge too much on my bariatric friendly snacks...

  • Gday from Sydney Australia. Great video - soothe is a good word for it. x

  • what a journey u have been on..doing so good...much love and god bless!! 165 is very doable dont get too thin now

  • BTW!!! loved the quote watch myself before I reck myself!!! love love it....keep rocken your world glrly...love ya...love rosemary

  • Revelations !! is a great part of learning in this journey for sure thank you for your great ones for us all to see and learn from....I always learn so very much from your videos thanks again my sweet friend....love ya big big hugs...love rosemary

  • Great question. At times I would get annoyed with normal-size friends who complained of gaining a few pounds. But having those limits is important. The cavalier attitude of it's only a few pounds, can add up very quickly, especially for those of us who have food issues.

  • Thank you, I just love your honest. I'm just 2.5 months out. And have a hard time with protein but get my water in any suggestion you have would be nice. Maybe a video.

  • @black19rain76 If anything, drink the protein, it's so important to get it in. Buy a good whey isolate and substitute. Also, beans those have protein..those were my go to foods in the early days. Greek yogurt Fage 0% is loaded with protein. Take your time, learn your new tummy but feed it protein.

  • Thank you so much girl. I needed this. I am almost 6 monthes in and starting to slow down more than i think is normal. Looking at this video, i am realizing that many of the things i am doing are "unaccepable"! Time to get it together. Thank you soooo much!

  • EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! THANKS FOR SHARING!

  • i really thank you for this video. I have been doinng so much stress eting lately i have not lost anything for the past 10 weeks. I have not gained so i kind of just accepted it. but u r right when am i going to be real and say at 7 monhts out this is not acceptable at all. Thanks so much for just giving me a reality check

  • Thank you for always knowing just what to say in such a relatable way! It makes us all pause and examine what is going on in our journey! P.S. I have the say issue with nuts : )

  • What a powerful message you share! I'm so glad I follow you, you are inspiring me to take a look at myself and my journey. ((hugs)) Court

  • Love watching your videos, I can relate so very well. PS - half marathon status? I'm still hesitant! Commitment issues! :-P

  • @BanditStephanie Thanks! The jury is still out for me too. I HAVE to work on breathing, posture and nutrition so I can go the distance. I really want to, just have to improve those areas. I won't decide until April 2012. Keep your options open :))

  • Great video as always.my sugery day is tomorrow which jan 30.i will be looking to you for help and advice .you are hardcore and I like it.always helpful advice

  • @6yakira God Bless on your big day!

  • what substitute behavior did you implement to stop from munch/soothe behaviors? I appreciate that you could "UNPACK" the word unacceptable in a way that it is approachable to the individual-- and doesn't sound like outside judgement on others....CHECK MYSELF BEFORE I WRECK MYSELF....you have a gift of "unpacking" in a manner that is intelligent and recievable.

  • @cabernetqueen Hey Sally, Thanks! The substitute behavior is self talk and to NOT buy "snacky" stuff. I LOVE new products and I'm so quick to be like ooh I want that lol So, I'm a work in progress and I like that I'm aware now.

  • Amen!!!!! This is my daily philosphy like l said before l am a daily weigher. l accept the fact that this is the way l am going to start Everyday. lt keeps me accountable for what l eat plain & simple. The only time l don't stress about the scale going up is during that "Tom" session. Otherwise l am on it, You have to find other ways in your life to cope with your eating issues, if behaviors are concerning you then you need to discuss it. Don't be ashamed to dig deep & get it out.

  • Great video!! Powerful words!! I'm adding this as a favorite for a reference video.

  • Thank you so much for this video!! Being new to Maintence for me is scary, and this video here is and will be a great help to me!!

  • Wonderful video!! Got me re-thinking my stalls... I needed to hear this...I know what I need to do lol

  • You have a way with words, my friend. Awesome video. I heard that word from the champion you speak and it's one of those BAM words -- that hit you -- there's no pretending you didn't hear it kind of a thing. That's what I've been doing, being aware & harnessing myself & I've lost 4.2 lbs Thurs to Sat so far. Glad you're enjoying the book. As I said on the pwlsw video ~ there is a difference between "just in case" and being prepared...it's the awareness of your intentions with that food. bravo!

  • Just think on average you have still loss over 10lbs per month. Love challenges! I always do good on lbs. down monthly challenges. One in coming up for Feb. on my Bustin' Loose 2012 Facebook wall. My stall is not acceptable and ready to move on. Do you do raw almonds? It's my evening snack. Once I ate 2 lbs in about a week and lost 5 lbs that week, ever since I don't see them as a threat. Only 3 net carbs per serving with no salt or hydrogenated fats :) I get the munchies once a month :)

  • @bandedbird2011 Hey Angela, no raw almonds but I like raw cashews. They are a healthy choice it's just moderation where I have to constantly work :))

  • Thank you for another insightful video. Be blessed.
