In the UK not all rearenders are classed as the rear mans fault, due to alot of insurance fraud that has gone on especially during use of roundabouts. The vast majority of time sit is the rearenders fault though. If your simply driving way too close and the guy infront stops or slows then your just foolish because your putting yourself in the position.

I love how aggressive drivers take something that is so minor and that is causing no harm and turn it into a big production. There was no injury, no property damage, and no harm whatsoever until somebody decided they wanted to "teach" somebody a lesson.

If the front was a defensive driver, they would never have slammed the brakes on. They would've simply ignored the other driver.

If the back was a defensive driver, they would have given them more space.

I would applaud the guy if they were going 20+ mph but they were barely moving so it was probably OK that they guy was a little close. Besides, they JUST started moving. That was hardly "slamming the brakes on" just because there is an accident does not automatically then mean that this is another "putting on the brakes to cause an accident" thang.
