If I'm right,the game with the A Link to the Past was suppoused to be called Triforce of the Gods,and Ocarina of Time was goin to be A Link to the Past.But scince in that time the religious things were more delicate they decided to call both with differents names.

@JackisWhack123 It's note canceling- if you place a note as high on the staff as possible, it'll appear as far down as possible, and it'll not make any sound- cutting off the previous sound very quickly, so you aren't stuck with the full note length normally. Very useful.

prettykitty -- not sure whether this was sarcasm, but that's rather unlikely. While Miyamoto has drawn influence from many cultures and creeds making Zelda, and it can be said that any influence of "good vs evil" in a game could come down to "God and Satan" -- the Zelda universe has something rather polythiestic. I highly doubt that it's founded on much if anything Biblical.

Even if you weren't seriously promoting that I've seen others who think as much, thought I'd address it. :)

Of course it's its real name. Its name in other regions doesn't particularly matter. Besides, due to its clever use of language, "A Link to the Past" is a much better title than the rather cliche, overly ominous "Triforce of the Gods."

I lived with my grandma when this game came out and If it were called triforce of the gods, my grandma wouldn't let me play it, she'd think that it were trying to make me believe the legend in this game instead of christianity (which, quite frankly, if theres a church for this legend, I would go..)
