Why don't more Aikido schools put an emphisis on atemi? Honestly I think it's an important part of Aikido. Hopefully the dojo i'm gonna go to will have some atemi instruction. Its a Yoshinkan dojo so I'm sure it will have some, probly a little more than usual. (heard Yoshinkan is a little more "agressive" or "hard".
