Again, I go back to if you can't lead your team to a championship then you haven't earned the right to be compared to the greatest of all time. There are very few exceptions. The only thing that Kobe is much better than Lebron is his clutch shot. In the playoffs, especially in the nba finals, clutch is much useful than driving to the basket like Lebron is doing. But if you compare Kobe to Lebron's athleticism, Lebron is far way better than Kobe.

Both years, lebron and the cavs had the best record in the NBA. Right now? Man, LeBron is just fucking insane: 30 points per game, 7.6 rebounds per game, 7.6 assists per game, with a fucking 60.1% field goal percentage! If he keeps this up and win a ring this year, I think it's time to say he's the best player RIGHT NOW.

i think its all about opinion. for example i only watch kobe bryant because his game is flawless and theres nothing he cant do, and his shot is just beautiful, no disrespect to lebron but he looks like he forces everything and it doesnt look natural, to me he's still a great player but i think he's nowhere near kobe. thats just what i think and it might not be a reasonable thing to judge them by, but theres nothing lebron can do that kobe cant

Lakers was -10.68 points without kobe but + 14.65 points when kobe was in the game. That's an amazing squad isn't it?

@dbzrunedude Yes Kobe has more skill than LeBron, LeBron just uses his athleticism. But that doesn't mean he isn't the better player right now. The fact is LeBron has that athleticism and if you want to judge LBJ's talents, then you can't take away his athleticism.
LBJ can carry a team, but he's not good enough to make them the best team in the league. Reaching the Finals and repeatedly making it to at least the second round was better than what Kobe did in 06 and 07.

For the sake of argument Lebrick's best player in Cleveland was a washed up Antoine Jamison. And I'm not saying Kobe is not a good player, but he never had to carry a team like Lebron, which is why I consider Lebron a great player. I think if Lebron had the talent in LA while in Cleveland, he prob would be in the process of a 3-peat.

Kobe has won all his titles with ALL star caliber big men and great role players. Lebron is 5x better than Kobe. From 2004-post 07 before Gausol, Kobe proved he was not capable of carrying a team. In 07 at age 22 Lebron led a Cavs team to the finals without any talent around him. A lottery team at best to the finals. HE is still a great player. Ok so he froze on the big stage but what do yall think Kobe would be w/out Shaq, fisher, horry, bynum, and Gausol..............
