hey one question man.... my trainer says that I should keep my back straight.. I don't know too much about weights and i think my max is 45 pounds... should i curve my back or starighten up while doing it? does it affect my results? does having a wider/narrower grip affect my results? thanks
HOLY SHIT 525 for a easy (ish) single with a crappy bar and crappy plates with no lift off or spoter? what the FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFff
and who cares about not touching your chest, if anything that makes it harder raw. you have nothing to push off of, it was so slow and controlled i bet you could pause this... amazing
hey im nowhere near your level of benching i can only max 250 but im only 140 lbs. and 16 yrs old but i recently broke my raduis (bone in my forearm) and have been lifting with it for quite some time. Do you think this could cause future damage to the bone? just looking for some opinions
I really don't know, as I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like it definately could. If possible, I'd go ask a doctor. Preferably one that deals with athletes. If you can't see a doctor, I would err on the side of caution and give it 6-8 weeks then come back. I know that sounds like a long time, but it's really not. You'll be better for it in the long run.
seriously, I dont know what kind of CNS/neuromuscular activation you have, but I do know that it is not human lol. youve got lightening bolts striking your synapses, while normal people have carpet burn shocks hitting theres lol. looking forward to getting your manual. I cant believe you train with a crew and put up weight like that alone.
It's difficult finding training partners where I am. And now I've gotten used to training alone, I almost prefer it. I wouldn't be opposed to having some partners, but I like having the capability to do what I need to do without them, too.

i've always wondered mike, is it just hard to find training partners, or is it just your preference to train alone?

You're a beast man. At what bodyweight are you walking around with?
I hear you on the training alone thing. I actually prefer it now too.
