Figured out the PIN issue, enter the actual phone number you are calling from in the Settings (not Call/Home screen), not a fake. Then you'll hear an ad and it will connect. If you enter a fake number in the settings you'll get the PIN question.

U don't need a pin, listen to what he says. You just select the first option on your left bottom corner and u start making calls. And once u make your calls it's gonna ask u for a pin and it will throw a 20 to 30 sec advertisement and u just wait for it till it ends. Then it will ring as if you were calling., have fun guys I know I did. Lol
