Any tips on traveling? I'm about 60%-70% raw and the rest vegetarian. I find that it's the hardest part because I never know exactly where we'll eat. I got stuck with the family at a fast food place that the only thing on the menu was the fries. But stick the chicken pieces were being cooked in the same oil. Most of the time I can find something but it's just frustrating that your relatives just forget that you don't eat meat anymore. Do you take dehydrated snacks just in case or what?

oh man that sounds like great times. It's awesome that your daughter and your nephews are so involved. I agree with focusing on the positive and getting excited. You manifest what you focus on right? I'm totally into the law of attraction :)
...yes, it takes time and serenity and balance...when I started, one month into 100% I had an energy collapse....from jogging every day in the heat of mid-day...then I recovered...and now i am trying to go as high % as possible, but must get a new juicer (burned on me..)...and be very careful...it's not easy. but yes, being proud of any percentage...yeahh! good idea.
This is a great vid Rory! I am on my second 100 day raw food and fitness journey and I must say I agree with you 100% during my first 100 days I went cold turkey and ate everything raw (except for the last 3 days). This time I want to take a less intense approach and hopefully transition into a raw lifestyle. Thanks for the vid and you look great!

Great advice. I think a lot of people will take inspiration from it and keep going with their diet.
Keep it up!

Thanks rawdawg! This video makes me want to keep going and eat better!
It's too bad you won't be attending the Raw fest here in AZ! :D Maybe next year?
Also congrats on the new book. I can't wait to get a copy for myself. Is there no pre-printed version available?
