The girl thing is particularly bad for a number of reasons. First off, the cases they were showing were pretty enough, secondly anyone who's watching this probably isn't THAT into girls, and if they are they'd be on redtube right now, not on youtube watching computer related videos. Thirdly, at 4:22 ish she's holding up a RAM module and touching the connectors... NO.

I expect he means that if the RAM is at a lower voltage, it will run cooler, and by extension will not need fans on such a high speed to keep it cool... Lower speed fans = lower noise levels. I think that was what he was getting at lol
