@NERFDUDE87 yes but rotf jetfire has a much more complex transformation and isnt just a robot with a jet on its back rotf jetfire incorporates the jet into the robot mode and looks alot better

ROTF Leader Letfire seems to suffer from the same "jet stuck on top of robot kibble in alt mode" syndrome. Without making the toys huger than they already are, it may not be possible to do much else.

not to be offensive but as a TF fan silverbolts transformermation sucks, I'll have to agree with superspecky4eyes, it is just a robot attached to a plane, it's like animated ldr class ultra magnus, but he's a tad bit worse, I wouldn't even buy silverbolt, not to be mean or offensive

Actually, the jet mode is the XB-70 Valkyrie jet bomber, which was used to scare the $#!t out of the Russians, but was never actually used.

It's a cool figure, but i prefer the Henkei version. Sadly that one is twice as expensive.

I agree with your review completely. I bought him, and after about an hour i had to return him. I was just really unsatisfied with the figure with his granny purple chest piece, and simplistic transformation. I picked up powerglide instead, which is ok, but i sorta liked silverbolt's robot mode better

I have to agree MadSick, I got him and looking him over more closely with this review I'm thinking about returning him before I open him. I love the G1 style robot mode, but the colors are off, weird, & he doesn't have that much articulation. (Although much better than the original 1)

I think he's too big. He would have been better in the same size class as Tankor, Prowl, & SS.

I don't think you get your money's worth in this size class. It's just unnescessary extra plastic & out of scale.

Silverbolt looks nice in robot mode but you can tell how he will transform without the instructions when he is in vehicle mode. Nice video.

if silverbolt were a deluxe, then he'd probably be worth buying. as an ultra class, he's just not worth it. nice light-up eyes, though.

its just sad that hes just a jet with a robot undercarage and a robot with a folded up jet thats really sad since its an ultra... i was expecting more.... oh and his jet form is a concorde( i hope thats how you spell it) and his jet form is suposeabley to go 1000mph

Without the other Aerialbots is kinda making me wanna skip Silverbolt. That and no Superion. I sorta got used to him as part of a set back then which something is not present now. The powerglide review looks appealing. Think i might go for that one.

I like this Silverbolt better then the G1 version. Mostly G1 cartoon accurate. I just wish they'd made him part of a Combiner set.

This is my Favorite Ultra Universe Figure! I am a Big Silverbolt Fan and this guy is fun and even better than the G1 Figure. I hope Hasbro brings us all the other Arielbots to make Universe Superion.
